CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Skkinxanaly, we value your business and appreciate your respect for our scheduling policies. To ensure that i can continue to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, I have established the following cancellation and late policies: Cancellation Policy: • You are responsible for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. • To book future services with us, this fee must be paid in full. • If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice (no-show/no-call), a 100% fee will be charged, and you will no longer be able to book appointments with us. Late Policy: • We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged. • If you arrive more than 12 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Additional Guest Policy: • Please note that no additional guests are allowed during your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policies.
